What can you tell us about nutrition with children and attempting to not pass harmful narratives to the next generation in terms of relationship with food and body. For the most part, I don’t restrict my kids eating. I have loosened up on any rules even more during this program. The one things I do stress is that they need to eat real food before or with sweets. I try to help my daughter (4) understand how food makes her body feel. How do I continue and deepen these teachings? I want to help set appropriate boundaries. Also, what I’d a better phrase than “real” food. I don’t want to glorify some foods above others. Thank you!

Still struggling with body image. This weekend my sister-in-law was talking about herself and saying how she needs to restrict again and it was just difficult to hear because she is in better shape than I am. And this my 5y/o niece bought me this pj pants and they were too tight, so that was SUPER embarrassing! Not sure my question, just looking for guidance about navigating this part of the healing process and what I should do to stick with it and not give up

How do I get from feeling like I’m restricting foods that give me bad symptoms to making the choice to not eat those foods? I feel like I get stuck because I want the food even tho I know the consequence.

my question would be generally some reminders on how to handle PMS when you feel ravenous and your body retains water and clothiers are tighter some tips to keep your head in the game and slow the intrusive thoughts on eating too much or weight gain.
