I’m still struggling to identify what I am feeling during times when I am snacking heavily or over eating or eating often despite not being physically hungry. Like this morning I had my normal yogurt/berries/granola and I had a really big bowl of it and finished the whole thing. But then I was so snacky not that long after and while I was eating cheeseitz and chips I was trying to see if I could identify my “need” in that moment or the feeling that was making me eat this way and had been making me eat this way since my trip. Any advice?

Still struggling with gaining weight and my appearance. I would like to take off like 10lbs. Just to be comfortable in my body is that acceptable to modify some foods to reduce some calories especially after Thanksgiving.
