How can I continue initiative eating when I have intense cravings, increased appetite, and severe migraines/fatigue (making it difficult to cook or move my body). One of my binge foods popped up again for me because of all this (cereal). Thank you!

00:50:06 Marissa Kai Miluk (She/Her): I feel like there has been a lot of confusion lately in the slack channel and I’m not sure if you will have replied to the weekend posts by time we do the call. But I personally am confused about how I can clear out the weeds to get to the intuitive eating portion. Do I just continue to feed myself when I’m hungry like i have been? Because that feels like im then faking intuitive eating until I make it. I feel like there isn’t a lot of clarity on any of the steps to it.
