Are you ready to learn a new, proven way to lead a healthful life free of binges? Because that’s exactly what you’ll learn in this 3-day workshop held by Marissa Kai Miluk, a former binge eater & Registered Dietitian.

What to Expect

We will spend 75 minutes together via Zoom on August 31st - September 2nd
starting at 6pm EST / 3pm PST.

Here’s an overview of what we’ll work through together each day:

Day 1

Learn how to reprogram your “binge brain” so you no longer restrict and then binge on repeat.

Day 2

Develop a toolkit that helps you prevent a binge before it starts, plus re-learn how to listen to your body’s natural cues for hunger and fullness.

Day 3

Take back control and create the authentic, healthful life you dream of without any of the guilt, stress, or obsession.

Each day, you will get a new workbook to implement what we will be working through before, during, and after each session.

There is a private chat community where registrants can connect and share their progress throughout the workshop with me and the others.

This is an interactive workshop where you won’t ever feel alone through this process. I will be there to guide you and support you through every challenge so you can make these life-changing shifts in your relationship with food to jumpstart your journey to binge freedom!
